Who We Are

Brierwood Physical Therapy is a small private practice owned by a physical therapist. We provide a flexible schedule to accommodate early and late appointment needs, and can often get you started within one day of calling. We offer private treatment space, multiple plinth tables for manual, hands-on care, and state of the art exercise equipment that will facilitate your treatment program.

Brierwood Physical Therapy is the NEW NAME for Advanced Care PT of WNY (Hamburg Location). Over the past 8 years the therapists at ACPT of WNY have been providing services at this location, and will continue to do so going forward as Brierwood PT. We look forward to offering you, or someone in your family, a place to be confident in your rehab and overall health.

Our Facilities

We also have a gym facility here at Brierwood. Patients wanting to start, or transition from their PT services, to a fitness program can often participate under their wellness insurance benefits, or thru private pay. The Gym offers a comfortable environment to work out, confident that you can go at your own pace, with a physical therapist always on-site.

Modalities available at Brierwood PT include Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, Phonophoresis, Mechanical Cervical and Lumbar Traction, Moist Heat and Cold Packs.
